Get Active, Stay Active

The Generali Get Active, Stay Active programme aims to help and encourage more people, of all ages and abilities, to get active on a regular basis with a series of free taster sessions and routes into sport and activity that are delivered throughout the year including:
 
Free table tennis sessions for primary school aged girls – Thursdays 3.45-4.45pm during term time at the Table Tennis Centre (Hougue Du Pommier)

Guernsey parkrun: a fun, free, timed 5km run or walk, at 9am on Saturday mornings. Open at all ages and abilities
 
plus more activities to be added during the year including Free Family Fun day, Older People's Fortnight and free sports taster sessions
